At American Tall, we want to ensure your tall-fit clothing is perfect; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and print it directly from your browser or email confirmation.
Pack and Ship
Place your unworn, unwashed items with original tags in the shipping bag and affix the prepaid label to the outside of the package.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items.
